We are a small family farm. We aim to produce fresh, quality products free of antibiotics or added hormones. Our animals are all pasture-raised or free-ranged and are supplied a high quality feed produced by a local feed mill.

Our pigs are a Mule foot/KuneKune mix. The meat of this breed is different from the usual Berkshire products. Mulefoot/KuneKune meat is speckled with marbling and red like beef. The meat is dense but not tough. The fat marbling melts
slowly. This is important when you are braising as it takes hours for it to soften. As it cooks, the slow softening of the fat will keep bathing the meat throughout the entire cooking process, this makes the meat silky. You can also cook this pork simply by grilling or roasting.
Our pigs are pasture raised. They are allowed to freely root around their pasture and supplied a high protein feed from a local mill. We have partnered with Flower City Pickers, who operate out of the Rochester Public Market, to supply our animals with fresh fruits and vegetables every week.
